The Electronics Research Institute is hosting the closing day of the Cybersecurity and Confidence Building Workshop, in cooperation with the Islamic World Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (ISESCO), the Egyptian National Commission for Education, Science and Culture, Naif Arab University for Security Sciences, and Elsewedy University of Technology, with Arab and African participation.
Dr. Ayman Ashour, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, affirmed that the Ministry is focusing on supporting innovation and entrepreneurship. He emphasized providing the necessary support for young researchers and supporting startups and innovations, particularly in priority areas of the Sustainable Development Plan. He also noted the intensification of efforts to transform research innovations into practical, implementable outcomes, as part of efforts to link scientific research with industry.

A free Internship from the Electronics Research Institute, in cooperation with Huawei, is available for university students and recent graduates to train on HCIA-AI (Huawei).
The training begins on June 15th, and will run daily for six days, from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM (online).
The training duration is 30 hours.
There is a training certificate accredited by the Electronics Research Institute, and the top 10% of trainees will receive a Huawei-certified certificate after passing the exam.
The registration deadline is June 12, 2025.
