Dr. Khaled Abdel Ghaffar, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, reviewed a report submitted by Dr. Sherine Abdel Qader Muharram, Acting President of the Electronics Research Institute, on the Institute’s signing of a cooperation protocol with the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, and the Center for Environment and Development for the Arab Region and Europe (SEDARY).
