Under the patronage of Dr. Ayman Ashour, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, the Electronics Research Institute, headed by Dr. Sherine Abdel Qader Muharram, organized a meeting with the Board of Directors of the Research Staff Club, headed by Dr. Ali Abdel Hamid, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Research Staff Club; To discuss opportunities for joint cooperation, at the Institute’s headquarters.
At the beginning of the meeting, Dr. Sherine Abdel Qader Muharram welcomed the members of the Board of Directors of the Research Staff Club, praising the services, activities, and events that the club provides to the members of the Institute’s Research Staff and to the research centers, institutes, and bodies, stressing that cooperation with the Research Staff Club represents an important opportunity for integration and communication with all centers. Institutes and research bodies.
During the meeting, the two sides discussed opportunities for joint cooperation, especially in the field of workshops and topics related to the institute’s specialization, as well as providing technical support from the Electronics Research Institute to the club in creating and hosting the club’s website.
In this context, the President of the Electronics Research Institute emphasized providing all aspects of support to the club. To implement joint activities and events in accordance with the plans of the Institute and the Club’s Board of Directors; To serve and care for members.
For his part, Dr. Ali Abdel Hamid, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Research Authority Members Club, announced the approval of the Club’s Board of Directors to present four scientific awards judged by specialized committees annually, with controls that ensure benefiting from them within the promotion requirements for researchers. It was also approved to organize an annual conference to publish the centers’ outputs. And research institutes, as well as holding a number of seminars, workshops and scientific courses through specialists with accredited certificates that also meet the requirements for promotion.
At the conclusion of the meeting, Dr. Ali Abdel Hamid expressed his happiness with this meeting, noting that the institute has great scientific and research capabilities that contribute to the development of scientific research and innovation in Egypt.
