



ERI organizes a forum linking scientific research to industry

For its part, Dr. Sherine Muharram that this forum comes within the framework of mutual and fruitful cooperation between the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research represented by the Electronics Research Institute, and the Ministry of Trade and Industry represented in the industry update center, and to activate the protocol signed between the two sides, to enhance the benefit of the capabilities and experiences of the scientific, research, laboratory and research outputs Scientific and innovation; To meet the needs of the various industrial sectors and upgrade its competitiveness because of its great impact on the advancement of the national economy. The action of the head of the Electronics Research Institute also indicated that the forum is concerned with encouraging researchers working in the research and academic sector; To create startups working to enhance the competitiveness of the industrial sector through research and development based on the concepts of digital transformation and the fourth industrial revolution, and to support the concepts of green technology, where research ideas and outputs will be targeted to address the challenges facing the industrial sector in the field of electronics, information and communications technology, and to improve operations Productivity and raising the quality of products to support the economy and increase investment opportunities in scientific research outputs.
