AYesterday symposium for the provisions regarding the new executive regulations of the institute
Within the framework of standing on the new legislation related to work affairs, the Electronics Research Institute organized a seminar yesterday to explain the provisions of the decision of the President of the Arab Republic of Egypt regarding the new executive regulations of the trustee, in order to implement the decision of the President of the Arab Republic of Egypt No. 408 of 2021 AD regarding the executive regulations of the Electronics Research Institute published in the Official Gazette - Issue 37 bis (a) on September 22, 2021 AD.
Where Professor Dr. Sherine Abdel Qader Muharram, Acting President of the Electronics Research Institute, held a symposium to explain the provisions of the President’s decision regarding the new executive regulations of the institute to inform the members of the Research Authority and their assistants on the provisions of the regulations in compliance with the new legislation and to avoid the citizen of error and legal times. The symposium was attended by Mr. Advisor / Islam Tawfiq Al -Shahat, the legal advisor to the Electronics Research Institute and Vice -President of the State Council. The symposium dealt with an explanation of the provisions of the decision of the President of the Arab Republic of Egypt No. 408 of 2021 AD regarding the executive regulations of the Electronics Research Institute in light of the principles decided by the Supreme Constitutional Court, the Supreme Administrative Court and the General Assembly of the Fatwa and Legislative Sections of the Council Country
The provisions of the new regulations were discussed and all inquiries were answered to take into account all the provisions of the new regulations
