Within the framework of linking scientific research and industry, the Electronics Research Institute participated in the activities of the Digital Homeland Conference in the exhibition accompanying the Seventh Digital Homeland Conference, which was held at the Intercontinental Citystars Hotel, Nasr City, from June 19 to 20, 2022, in the presence of Prof. Dr. Sherine Abdel Qader Muharram, President of the Institute, and a group of professors and researchers, presented many of the Institute’s research outputs in the fields of agricultural applications, medical applications, and applications of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, which received great demand from exhibition-goers interested in modern scientific innovations.

The Electronics Research Institute is honored to offer a course on solar energy applications for children and youth. The world is moving to use solar energy as a genuine source of clean energy, as the various applications based on solar cells represent a cornerstone of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. Therefore, we present the concepts of clean energy, its applications, and the practical uses of solar cells in specialized and equipped laboratories. At the highest level in an innovative and smooth way for children and youth.
The course includes:
-Traditional energy sources
- Renewable energy sources
-The basics of solar cells and methods of connecting them
-Components of solar systems
-Applications of solar cells in robotics
